This is another of the world's premier nature museums, containing major, comprehensive collections of birds, mammals, amphibians, reptiles, insects, fishes and shells. Located in western Frankfurt, the museum is adjacent to the Goethe University. There are many excellent exhibit halls, among the finest on earth. There is a nominal fee for admission, and well worth the price.
