Range: Coastal eastern and northern Australia and southern New Guinea.

Diagnosis:

Description: A dumpy-bodied frog with large parietal glands that form a distinct bridge along the rear edge f the eardrum, stout moderate legs, and a horizontal pupil. May grow to 10 cm/ 4.6 inches.
