▴ Edward Bawden RA (1903-1989) 'The Queen's Garden' (MG 174) lithograph in colours, from a linocut published by the Curwen Gallery, printed by the Curwen Studio, 1983, signed 'Edward Bawden' in pencil l.r., inscribed with title and numbered 37/160 image 47 x 61cm The print depicts a view of Kew Palace and the garden in front of it. It was published by the Curwen Gallery to celebrate Bawden's eightieth birthday. Condition Report Framed: 65 x 78.5cm In good overall condition. Examined out of the glazed frame there is light acid discolouration to the extreme edges of the sheet and a small mark to the upper right corner, however the printed area is unaffected, please see images.
